The production process is carried out in accordance with the GMP (General Manufacturing Purpose) food manufacturing standards, complies with all the standards provided for by Italian and European laws and does not use gluten or raw materials of animal origin. Gold Chef gold and silver products are also certified for use in kosher cuisine.
Store in a cool and dry place, and seal each package carefully after each use. Gold shelf-life: 10 years from date of production; silver shelf-life: 3 years from the date of production.
